Shipping and Returns
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excludes weekends & holidays). Personalized or made-to-order items will note exceptions on the product page.
Shipping Timeline
Domestic standard: 3–7 business days after processing.
Domestic expedited: 1–3 business days after processing.
International: 7–21 business days after processing (customs may add delay).
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Delivery estimates start from ship date, not order date.
Shipping Cost
If you need a guaranteed delivery date or special handling, choose expedited shipping
and contact us before ordering.
Taxes, duties & fees
Domestic orders: applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
International orders: customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs
fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition
(unless item page states otherwise).
To start a return or exchange, email returns@frequencyarising.com with your order
number and reason.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original
payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect shipments upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact
support@frequencyarising.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if they haven’t entered processing.
Email support immediately with your order number. Once shipped, please follow the
returns process.
Before you order — important notes
Double-check shipping address and contact information — we are not responsible for
lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or
customs.
Some products may have shipping restrictions; if an order cannot be shipped, we will
notify you and issue a full refund.
